For adults 18 years old and up: add 20-40 drops or one full beaker of liquid to water or juice and drink 1-2 times per day as needed. Best if used at least 7 days before the first day of menstrual cycle. Eliminate dairy and red meat from your diet for the duration of your period.

Store bottle in a cool and dark place for up to 3 years.
